As of today, you can now create and manage job listings directly inside Partner Partner.
These listings can appear both in the Jobs page and in the Jobs Widget embedded on your website.
1. Who Can Manage Jobs?
Tech Partner Admins
Agency Admins
Only admins can create, edit, publish, or unpublish job listings.
2. Where to Find the Jobs Page
Log in to Partner Partner.
Go to Account Settings.
Click the new Jobs tab in the left-hand menu.
3. Creating a Job Listing
From the Jobs page, click Create Job.
Fill in the required fields:
Title — The job title (e.g., “Senior Account Manager”).
Company — Your organization’s name.
Location — Enter as plain text (e.g., “Seattle, WA” or “Remote”).
Date Posted — Typically today’s date.
Description — Short summary of the role and requirements.
Application URL — Link to your job application form or ATS.
Toggle Published to “yes” if you want the job to appear immediately.
Click Save.
4. Editing an Existing Job
You can edit only the jobs your account created.
Click a job in the list, update the fields, and click Save.
5. Publishing & Unpublishing Jobs
Publish — Toggle “Published” to yes to make the job visible in:
The Jobs Widget
The Partner Partner Jobs page
Unpublish — Toggle “Published” to no to hide the job without deleting it.
Jobs published by other companies will display as published, but you cannot edit them.
6. Viewing & Applying to Jobs
All published jobs (yours and others) are visible on the Jobs page.
Click the Apply link to open the original application URL in a new tab.
7. Jobs Widget Integration
The Jobs Widget automatically pulls all currently published jobs.
The widget can be embedded on any website.
As of this release:
Jobs display in a grid view.
There is no filtering or sorting yet (planned for a future update).
8. Troubleshooting
Can’t edit a job? You can only edit jobs your account created.
Job not showing in widget?
Make sure it’s set to Published.
Confirm all required fields are filled in.
Application link doesn’t work?
Double-check the URL in the job record.
