Immediately after completing your account creation and verification you're directed to the Home Screen to which will call out 3 main steps for completing onboarding, as follows:

Upload your account list
Upload your assets
These steps are what we've deemed as the most vital for having a meaningful experience on Partner Partner, beyond finishing your profile in the Company Info tab.
Connect your partners
Every partner or vendor you work with is either in Partner Partner already or can be invited through a simple Invite function.
Our recommendation is to quickly check the Request a Partnership page for all of your current partners, select them, and mass add them to your account. They'll all receive a message askig them to connect with you.
For those vendors and partners not in the system use our "Invite Partner" form to create placeholder accounts for each. If they do not yet have an account Partner Partner will earmark one for them that they'll be able to claim. If they do have an account we'll inform you. Regardless this account is now held in state for them until they complete it and you can add notes and insights that will persist with the account upon completion.
Upload your account list
Account lists are extremely important to mapping overlapping clients, prospects, and past clients to your partners. Partner Partner handles this mapping automatically for you with your connected partners. The level of detail is simple at the moment, the name of the account and your account status with them. However, this simplicity helps you focus on key accounts with partners without extraneous details.
Simply map your account CSV to the downloadable template we provide and we'll upload them to your records.
