Congratulations on choosing Partner Partner for your partnership program! There's a lot of power under the hood. Let's get started with creating a Tech Partner administrator account from which you'll invite your internal users, complete your profile, find partners, share leads, and more!

There are several steps in the process of creating your Tech Partner account. These steps are meant to help you quickly flesh out your profile for the discovery tool and future partners you will share your profile with.

These steps include:

  1. Setting your username/password and account type

  2. Step 1 - Personal information for your administrator account

  3. Step 2 - Your company name

  4. Step 3 - Your company categories

  5. Step 4 - Company details

  6. Step 5 - Partner program details (optional)

  7. Step 6 - Relevant links (optional)

  8. Step 7 - Email verification

Quick instructions for required Steps 3-4

On Step 3 you'll be required to pick at least 1 category for your company to be listed under. You can have as many as you like but please keep them relevant to your actual product. These categories are used to list your profile link for partnership requests and your company will show in each category you choose. Of note, a partner who wants to connect only needs to request a partnership once.

Following this step, on Step 4 you will fill in relevant details about your company including:

  • Current promotions

  • Your elevator pitch

  • Your Ideal Customer Profile (ICP)

  • Your URL

  • What ecommerce ecosystems do you serve?

  • 2-3 sentence intro for your partners to share with clients

  • How many agencies you have in your partner program

  • Partner team size

  • CRM you use

Though this is a lot to fill out it will help you to quickly find, connect with, and gel with new partners in the ecosystem.
