Each permission can be assigned either View access or View & Edit access, allowing you to stay in control of your team’s access to sensitive or critical tools.

🔧 Permissions Overview

Permission

Description

Leads

View or manage leads shared between your company and partners. “View & Edit” access allows creating, updating, and assigning leads.

Deals

View or manage deals tied to shared leads or partner activity. “View & Edit” access includes the ability to update deal stages and values.

Promotional Updates

View or contribute to promotional updates shared with partners. “View & Edit” access allows submitting or editing updates. The nature of promotional updates are that they are sensitive to internal controls and therefore different from Company Profile, Assets, or Events access.

Events

View or manage events your company is hosting or participating in. “View & Edit” access enables publishing, editing, or RSVP management (the latter is functionality coming in the near future).

Shared Assets

Access co-marketing files, logos, and content libraries. “View & Edit” access allows uploading, editing, or removing assets.

Manage Users

Grants visibility into the list of users in your company workspace. “View & Edit” allows inviting or removing users and setting permissions.

Manage Company Profile

View or edit your public-facing company profile (e.g., logo, services, description). “View & Edit” allows updating all profile details and publishing of new marketing, product, and Program updates.

🛠 Admin-Only Settings (Visible, Not Editable During Invite)

These settings are shown during the invite process for transparency but can only be accessed by current admins. These permissions cannot be assigned within the app to anyone except the Admin:

✅ Tips for Setting Permissions

  • Use View access for collaborators who just need visibility into data.

  • Use View & Edit for team members actively managing workflows.

  • You can edit permissions later from the Manage Users screen.
